The 'Claudia Building' is being built in Arenales del Sol, near Alicante city and only 750 meters from the sea. The building will consist of 36 apartments with two and three bedrooms and two bathrooms with huge terraces which face the sun. The forth and fifth floors also include solariums.

The ground floor apartments have gardens and the last two have a private space in the solarium, from which to enjoy the sun and our magnificent climate.
A common area with a large pool and an indoor gym complete a residential complex in a truly privileged area. It also includes a parking space and elevator.
