La Llana Beach Phase 6 is a complex of just 10 completely equipped modern homes with south orientation, and only a ten-minute walk from the beach and the centre of Lo Pagan and San Pedro del Pinatar.

The surrounding landscape is relatively flat, which makes it easy to get there on foot or by bike. Curing mud baths and natural beaches are just around the corner, and the Wednesday market offers local produce of the highest quality every week all year round.

San Pedro del Pinatar is a small town located on the Mar Menor, Costa Calida in the province of Murcia. It is also near the natural lagoon created by the La Manga strip. The town is a fishing port and boasts lots of amentities, such as bars, restaurants and shopping areas.

There are some fabulous beaches in and around the town which include Playa de la Torre Derribada and Llana beach where you will find many bars and restaurants with ample parking.

From here the views of the distant mountains, the Mediterranean sea and the Mar Menor, and La Manga are excellent. Stay till the early evening to enjoy the amazing sunsets.

San Pedro del Pinatar is 46km from Murcia and 87 Km from Alicante with the International airport of San Javier only a 15 minute drive away.
